SABC News Reporter Chriselda Lewis also reported on Twitter on Thursday, 27 July that Gauteng police have confirmed that a well-known rapper has handed himself over, arrested and charged with alleged rape, attempted murder and assault, but did not disclose his identity.

“He is currently appearing at the Johannesburg Magistrates Court. It was after an arrest warrant was issued, ” said Lewis.

He was convicted in October after racing on a public road and driving under the influence of drugs in Soweto in 2010 and was released on parole on 5 January 2017.
