  • 100gr pkt pecan nuts (chopped)
  • 1 tin crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 250gr (2 cups) icing sugar
  • 70 g softened butter
  • 125gr smooth creamed cottage cheese
  • Chopped pecans for decorating
